Sudah hampir 9 tahun aku mengajar, begitu banyak pengalaman dari mengajar sekolah yang biasa-biasa sampai di sekolah favorit. Tepat di hari guru sebuah uneg-uneg yang ingin ku munculkan ketika melihat tayangan di televisi TV ONe kemarin sore. Sebuah dialog yang membahas tentang keputusan Makamah Agung yang memberhentikan Ujian Nasional. Sebuah keputusan yang cukup fenomenal karena Ujian Nasional selalu menyisakan banyak permasalahan. Dari tahun ke tahun selalu ada yang tidak lulus sehingga sekolah melakukan apapun untuk membuat siswanya lulus 100%. Lihat saja jika Ujian Nasional selesai pasti banyak ditemukan kecurangan-kecurangan sekolah. Ironis sekali bagi negara yang sedang berkembang. Pemerintah menginginkan dengan adanya Ujian Nasional seluruh wilayah dapat memiliki nilai standar Nasional dengan kreteria kelulusan yang selalu naik. Tapi yang menjadi pertanyaan apakah pembangunan di bidang pendidikan sudah menyentuh seluruh wilayah Indonesia? Toh pada kenyataanya pembangunan pendidikan hanya menyentuh kota-kota besar atau sekolah-sekolah favorit saja. Apakah Ujian Tertulis merupakan satu-satunya tolok ukur keberhasilan siswa? Apakah pembuat naskah ujian nasional juga tahu kondisi riil seluruh pendidikan secara Nasional? Masih banyak yang perlu dipertanyakan. Namun dengan keputusan Makamah Agung menjadi angin segar bagi pendidikan kita. Dan akan lebih baik lagi jika pembangunan pendidikan merata di semua wilayah, entah perbaikan mutu guru, kesejahteraan guru, pembangunan fasilitas belajar mengajar, beasiswa yang lebih banyak lagi dan sebagainya. Jangan sampai putra-putri terbaik Negara memberikan ide-ide cemerlangnya untuk Negara lain karena di Negara ini mereka tidak terperhatikan pendidikannya.

Indonesian Penciler Marvel Comic

Wah makin banyak aja orang Indonesia ada sukses menjadi penciler alias penggambar baik di jepang maupun di America. Salah satunya adalah Ardian Syaf, alumni Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) jurusan Desain Grafis, berusaha keras dapat menembus perusahaan comic terkenal MARVEL. Sebelum masuk marvel ia sempat menjadi penciler perusahaan yang lebih kecil tapi karena ia punya pengalaman dan dapat memenuhi permintaan Marvelmelamar menjadi penciler di Marvel dan diterima. Dia dapat memenuhi permintaan gambar karakter-karakter yang diingkan oleh Marvel. Sampai saat ini Ardian masih terikat kontrak dengan Marvel dan diperkirakan bayaran yang ia terima per lembar comic yang ia gambar sampai $200 -$300 dan Ia mampu menyelesaikan 30 lembar per bulan (wuih banyak juga). Bukannya sombong hehe… aku juga alumni UM, memang selama aku kuliah dan kulihat teman-teman jurusan seni rupa dan desain grafis hebat-hebat dalam menggambar. Kalo ga percaya kapan-kapan liat aja pameran PKI disana…eee jangan negative thinking dulu, tuh singkatan Pekan Komik Indonesia yang diadakan di UM. Karya-karya yang sangat fenomenal. Apalagi pas ada demo menggambar komik.. busyett top habis. Kebanyakan, memang komik karya mahasiswa UM tapi ada juga karya mahasiswa Indonesia lainnya. Tapi ingat lembaga pendidikan bukan faktor penentu kesuksesan manusia tapi usaha keras manusia itu sendiri. Apapun sekolahnya yang penting bakat, kemampuan, kerja keras, dan doa adalah Kuncimu.

Trouble Wifi Acer Aspire 4736

Tiga hari yang lalu aku mendapat pesenan laptop acer type 4736 dari teman yang berkerja sebagai konsultan pajak. Melihat tampilan dan spesifikasinya, teman sangat puas. Setelah mengambil dari dealer (tempat biasa aku kulakan), aku mulai instalasi menggunakan windows vista. Soundcard langsung ke detect, kemudian aku masukan cd instalernya untuk menginstal chipset, vga, modem, touchpad, lan, webcam, dan wifi dll. Kemudian langsung aku setting resolusi, cek modem, lan, audio. Nah ketika aku membuka network, yang muncul hanya lan (atheros AR8132) dan wifi masih kosong, padahal sudah aku install drivernya. Coba ku detect lewat device manager tidak bisa, bahkan aku coba dengan menghubungkan lan dengan internet supaya device manager mendeteksi otomatis, juga ga bisa. Hmmm, rasanya kepala mulai berpusing-pusing. Mungkin dealernya tahu, coba ku telpon..kring.. Terdengarlah jawabanya “Lihat sticker dibawah laptop”. Disitu tertulis wlan Intel 112BNHMW dan aku mulai membukan uncle google untuk mencari dengan kata kunci itu, diarahkan ke Intel download center. Masih tidak ketemu. Dan akhirnya ketika kepala sudah mulai mengeluarkan asap, emosi memuncak namun ada secercah harapan di alamat blogcatolog. Di blog itu dia mengeluh tentang lemotnya wifi acer 4736 dan driver yang tidak sesuai. Masih dengan emosi tinggi aku minta bantuan uncle google untuk yang kedua kali dengan memasukan kata kunci Intel Wifi Link 1000 dan langsung mengarah ke download center Intel dan mendapatkan driver ICS_DV32.exe. Kemudian aku install dan langsung cek network ehh akhirnya dengan mengumpat aku teriak kegirangan...f**k.. SIP

There are Amendments beach, Sendang Blue, Balekambang. Also near the mountains there are many waterfalls, such as Coban Pelangi, Manten Coban, Coban Glotak, Coban Rondo.
